Children will grow in their understanding of faith and look forward to spending time with God as they read, play, hug and get inspired through these 52 heartwarming snuggle time devotions. Along with the short devotional reading and Bible story, each snuggle time moment features a game or activity to help kids remember the lesson and tuck it away in their hearts. This book will get you and your child talking together, laughing together, and hugging together! It’s a great way to strengthen your parent-child relationship while introducing young children to the joys of spending time with God. It’s also an effective resource for helping to shape behavior and for teaching kids biblically-based life principles.
Snuggle Time Devotions that End With a Hug! is a hardcover, padded devotional designed for children ages 3-6 years old.

Snuggle Time Devotions is a children’s book which is a part of the “that end with a hug” series of books. Snuggle Time Devotions include 52 short stories taken from the Bible, a Bible reference that is shown at the top of the page, as well as a Bible verse to remember (which goes along with the theme of the story). There is also a reflection which looks back upon the story and how it applies to the reader’s life. After this there is a suggested story activity to be done by the reader. Then it ends with a direction for a specific type of person to receive a hug.
Snuggle Time Devotions include just the right length of story to hold a young reader’s attention. The reflections provide learning about the Bible in the reader’s own life, the chosen scripture verses help the reader to remember word of God as they apply to the story and the lesson being taught, an activity provides a way to see the story theme in action, and each hug passes on the love of Jesus.
The illustrations invite the reader into a world which can be understood from their perspective. Snuggle Time Devotions is good for young readers and young listeners. After being introduced to this particular book I am now interested in obtaining all the books in the “that end with a hug” series of books.
I highly recommend Snuggle Time Devotions for both children and parents.
