Let God’s Word Empower Your Prayers is a devotional, containing a total of 95 devotions. Each devotional provides the reader with a base and starting point to pray according to God’s Word and Will. The devotions start out with a scripture verse to meditate upon. Then they provide a piece of that specific scripture verse as the beginning of the devotion. Within the devotion is content which speaks to the reader on their everyday circumstances and personal walk with God. Upon bringing a close to each devotion is a prayer; which seems to always be speaking from my own heart as well. The prayers can be expanded upon as the Holy Spirit leads your heart and mind.

Remarkably these devotions fit my circumstances and prayer needs; like putting on a well fitted garment tailored perfectly to your own bodily form. The devotions cover many different areas from self, marriage, family, praying for thy neighbor, the work of our hands…and on and on it goes filling up 95 heartfelt devotions which help us to grow in our relationship with God and all of those around us.

I recommend Let God’s Word Empower Your Prayers to all seeking examples of how to pray and various areas and people to pray for.
