Steve Peifer tells of how a serious family tragedy leads him, his wife, and children to discover a whole new world.
As I was reading of their experiences in Africa, I became emotionally entangled in the circumstances and people there. It helped me to see the things which I take for granted in my own life every day; my home, books, food, phone, and many other items. At the same time, it showed me how people who live so simply can be so full of joy and praise.
There are so many things to do in countries like Africa, while there is never enough money, time, people, and resources available to complete all that needs to be done. There are many ways in which God works in our lives and it shows in this book. Peifer’s story is truly inspirational to all who enter the pages. I recommend this book to all!
